This is No. 8 – "Mo K’ung Ch’üeh" from the Ten Prized Dogs 3D Paper Tole series, produced by the National Palace Museum (Taiwan).
The design is based on the work of Lang Shih-ning (Giuseppe Castiglione, 1688–1766), an Italian Jesuit and famed imperial court painter in Qing dynasty China.
