Shipping Policy

Auckland State of Emergency | January-February 2023

Our shipping warehouse is currently closed due to the recent flooding in Auckland.

Any purchases mad during the Auckland State of Emergency period cannot be shipped, until the State of Emergency is lifted. 

We apologise for the delays experienced during this time, and thank you for your patience.


All orders will be processed for you with 1-3 working days, our team works Monday-Friday so please allow an extra day if ordering over a weekend.

Once your order has been confirmed and processed by us, it will be handed over to our trusted courier providers for delivery. At this point you will receive a tracking number.

Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. Deliveries may be delayed because of public holidays or rural deliveries (allow an extra day). We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

Orders over $100 are delivered freight free within New Zealand. All other orders will be delivered at $5 for standard shipping, and $10 for shipping to rural addresses (RD).

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand.  Additionally for customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) we reserve the right to add a surcharge to the delivery cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.
