Christmas Day Delivery Cut-off

Placing your online order with us by the Christmas Day cut-off date gives you the best chance of receiving your item by 24 December, in time for Christmas Day.

NZ Post advises that the latest recommended send date is Thursday 18 December 2025. For orders placed from Friday 19 December, we can't guarantee Christmas delivery. 

If you're in Auckland, you can choose Click & Collect to pick up your items from our Wairau Op Shop on the North Shore.

Rates

Orders over $100 are delivered freight free within New Zealand.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $5 within Auckland, and $10 nationwide outside of Auckland, including rural addresses (RD).

 

Timeframes

Processing: All orders will be processed for you within 1-3 working days, our team works Monday-Friday so please allow an extra day if ordering over a weekend. 

Once your order has been confirmed and processed by us, it will be handed over to our trusted courier providers for delivery at which point you will receive a tracking number.

Out for Delivery: Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. Deliveries may be delayed because of public holidays or rural deliveries (allow an extra day).

 

Location

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand.

Additionally for customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) we reserve the right to add a surcharge to the delivery cost.
