Click & Collect - Wairau

For Auckland residents we offer a Click & Collect pickup service for you to pick up your purchase in store from our Wairau Op Shop on the North Shore of Auckland.

Please select the Pick Up Delivery Method at Checkout when you are purchasing your item.  Pick Up is free of charge.

Hours of Operation

Monday - 9 am to 5 pm
Tuesday - 9 am to 5 pm
Wednesday - 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday - 9 am to 5 pm
Friday - 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 5 pm (Order before Friday 2 pm)
Sunday - 10 am to 4 pm (Order before Friday 2 pm)

Please note that if you want to pick up your order in-store during the weekend, make sure to place your order before 2 PM on Friday.

How to Pick Up your Purchase

You can pick up your purchase from the front counter till area of the shop at any time during the hours of operation above.

Please bring your confirmation email with you showing that your order is ready for pickup.

How long does Pick Up take to get my Order ready?

It usually takes 24 hours for a Click & Collect pickup to be ready for you.  It can take longer over a weekend or where a Public Holiday has taken place.

Can I shop in store when I'm there?

Of course you can.  You can shop in the Wairau Op Shop where you will be collecting your purchase.  Our Online warehouse is part of the Wairau Op Shop.  You will be able to shop for any of the products for sale in the Wairau Op Shop.  You will not be able to shop for online products in store as online products are not available for purchase in-person.
