Click & Collect - Boutique for SPCA

For Auckland residents we offer a Click & Collect pickup service for you to pick up your purchase in store from our Boutique for SPCA store in Ponsonby.  Our Boutique store is being used for Click & Collect while our Wairau Op Shop and Warehouse are closed for refurbishment.

Please select the Pick Up Delivery Method at Checkout when you are purchasing your item.  Pick Up is free of charge.

The store is open Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm and on Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.

How to Pick Up your Purchase

You can pick up your purchase from the front counter till area of the shop at any time during the hours of operation above.

Please bring your confirmation email with you showing that your order is ready for pickup.

How long does Pick Up take to get my Order ready?

It usually takes 24 hours for a Click & Collect pickup to be ready for you.  It can take longer over a weekend or where a Public Holiday has taken place.

Can I shop in store when I'm there?

Of course you can.  You can shop in the Boutique for SPCA store where you will be collecting your purchase.
